My name is Milina, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I provide therapy for teens and adults. I have a long-standing passion for this work—one I’ve been intentionally working toward for over a decade. Being a therapist is something I feel deeply connected to, and I take seriously the trust and vulnerability it requires to begin opening up to someone new. My role is to meet you with honesty, warmth, and respect, and to build a relationship where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported.

I specialize in supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, mood struggles, boundary and relationship issues, or life transitions. My clients often come to me feeling stuck in patterns of negative self-talk, perfectionism, people-pleasing, social anxiety, or avoidance, and together we work toward creating meaningful, lasting change. I provide in-person therapy with flexible availability, making it easier to prioritize your mental health within a busy life.

Hello! My name is Nikita. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I provide therapy for teens and adults. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practice, and client-centred care. I meet you where you are and work alongside you to set goals that feel meaningful and achievable. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore what’s getting in the way, and build strategies that support growth both inside and outside of the therapy room.

I value authenticity and believe the therapeutic relationship works best when we can be open, honest, and human with each other. Humour, honesty, and compassion are welcome here. While therapy can feel challenging at times, I see it as an opportunity to create lasting change and to strengthen your ability to navigate life with more clarity and confidence.

Hello! My name is Lerna. I am a PhD Candidate in Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychology. I provide therapy and assessment for children and teens.

I treat children and teens presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, mood disorders, obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma-related difficulties, and other emotional and behavioural difficulties. My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), emotion-focused therapies, and mindfulness-based strategies. I also have specialized training in family therapy and providing parent consultation, helping caregivers develop tools and strategies to support their children’s emotional and behavioural needs. I aim to tailor interventions to the unique goals, strengths, and developmental stage of each child and family I work with.

My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I believe that treatment works best when children and families feel heard, respected, and understood. My work focuses on building hope by emphasizing strengths, empowering families, and helping them advocate for their needs. Ultimately, my goal is to support children and families in developing skills, confidence, and resilience that will serve them well across the lifespan.
